As lead partner in the business, Charlie has helped to drive the growth and customer service focus since investing in Wineshipping in 2004. Charlie has held various leadership roles throughout his career and currently serves on the Board of several internet and software companies. He graduated from UC Berkeley and Harvard Business School.
Charlie and his wife Jinee enjoy family time with their 5 year old twins, Lauren and Will. The whole family cheers on the Cal football team, and enjoys skiing, travel and most active sports.
Rick Moradian,
Chief Executive Officer
Joining the team in 2008, Rick's track record as a producer of results immediately had an impact on our clients. Spearheading a facility redesign and adding a new level of automation and best in class performance measures have increased efficiency and performance quality. Drawing on his prior experience as CEO of Ace Expediters, Servicecraft Logistics and 14 years at APL Logistics, most recently as President of Asia Middle East, Rick's supply chain leadership provides a global, professional depth to the organization.
Outside the office Rick and his wife, Wendi, enjoy time with their 3 daughters. His passions include international travel, his daughter's volleyball tournaments, exercise and skiing.
Marty Herrick,
Founder
After 13 years as an executive in the mortgage industry as Vice President of Finance at Green Point Financial, Marty took the entrepreneurial plunge with his wife Alicia and founded Wineshipping in 1998. His background in Finance has lead to a profitable company and his strong family values are the foundation of our company culture. Service, commitment and dedication to family, team and customers are still the core values of our company.
Marty enjoys coaching his daughters', Hannah and Olivia, sports teams and big family barbecues. He and his wife Alicia are active volunteers in the local community.
Jennifer Goodrich,
Director of Sales & Customer Service
With her background as Direct to Consumer Manager of multiple wineries including Terlato Wine Group and Fosters Estates, Jennifer was a natural fit to serve our clients and understand the business from the customer point of view. Her long history of Customer Service Leadership and Sales performance for various high-tech companies including Intuit, Apple, and the Eclipse Group result in best in class customer service for our clients.
If not cheering on the San Francisco Giants, playing with her son Carson or travelling the globe with her husband, Brian. Jennifer can be found cooking and enjoying a glass of wine with friends.
David Okamoto,
Director of Information Technology
David has been a part of the Wineshipping family since 1999. He brings 19 years of experience to the team in all aspects of the technology industry from engineering and development to managing a 4000+ user environment and a staff of 16. David and his team have developed a state of the art technology platform that serves all areas of our business, is integrated with all major wine industry solutions and provides real-time visibility to our clients.
When not at work, David enjoys being involved in the local community in Tracy, spending time with family, travel, and bowling on Monday nights with his friends.
Sandi Gustafson,
Director of Finance & Human Resources
Sandi brings an extensive background in financial and compliance management to the Wineshipping team. After 20 years in the organic and nutraceutical industry including Spectrum Organic Products and EcoNugenics in Senior Finance roles, the transition to wine industry was a natural fit. Sandi's strong customer focus has benefitted our clients in many ways including providing detailed business data to our clients' fingertips.
A dedicated mom, Sandi's three active children keep life exciting. She enjoys water skiing, snow skiing and travel.
Brian Dudley,
Director of Southern California Operations
Brian brings 11 years of logistics expertise to the team. Founder of Vintage Logistics Fulfillment and now Director of Operations for our Southern California Operations, Brian's deep understanding of process and dedication to customer satisfaction drive efficiencies and results for our customers.
Brian and his wife Gina enjoy spending time with their 2 children, Madelyn and Isaac. His hobbies include snowboarding, skiing, fly fishing and cooking.
